Client Portal Security
For those who frequently access your client portal, you are aware of the two-factor authentication that is needed to access your documents. This is a security enhancement that has been in place for a few years to protect your data
Did you know that you can update your contact information to change your preferred verification to a text message for quick access? Log into your client portal and follow the steps below to update your verification method:
- Click on the Avatar in the upper right corner
- Select “Two-Factor Authentication Settings”
- Click the drop down arrow next to “2 FA Method” and select the method you prefer.
- Update your phone number on record if necessary.
- Click Save Changes
