The Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZ DES) has issued a Fraud Toolkit for both Employers and Employees who have been victims of Unemployment Benefits Fraud. AZ DES confirms there has not been a breach of their information; however, criminals obtain information through phishing scams, other corporate data breaches, and other tactics used to obtain stolen identity information.
